How long does a grooming session typically take?
Most grooming sessions are completed within an hour. However, the exact time can vary depending on the size and breed of your pet, as well as the specific services required. Our goal is to provide high-quality grooming while ensuring your pet is comfortable and stress-free.
What is your cancellation policy?
To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we require a $25 deposit to schedule your appointment, which will go toward your final bill. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
