Refund Policy
Dawg Team Apparel USA strives to provide the best quality products and services for both pets and their owners. We understand that sometimes a product or service may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to resolving such issues through our comprehensive refund and exchange policies.
1. Returns & Exchanges for Physical Products
Our pet apparel and accessories are made with care and attention to quality. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange.
- Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Exceptions:
- Personalized items, including custom jerseys or engraved accessories, are non-refundable unless defective.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Process: Contact us at inquire@dawgteamusa.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds for Grooming Services
We take pride in the quality of our grooming services, whether mobile, in-store, or self-serve. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your pet’s grooming experience, we offer the following remedies:
- In-Store & Mobile Grooming: If you are unhappy with the result of a grooming session, please contact us within 24 hours. We will gladly offer a free touch-up service. Full refunds are only provided in cases where grooming fails to meet professional standards, or if a specific service was not completed as booked.
- Mobile Grooming Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee of $25. No-shows will be charged $50.
- Self-Serve Dog Wash: There are no refunds after the wash has been completed. However, if equipment malfunctions during your session, we will issue a voucher for a future wash.
3. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected or the service issue has been confirmed. The refund will be applied to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs
For large or bulk orders, a restocking fee of 15% may apply. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
