  • Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our website or to book grooming services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

2. Orders & Product Listings

  • Accuracy of Listings: We strive to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. However, in case of errors, we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies or cancel orders before shipment.
  • Payment: Orders must be paid in full before they are processed. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods.

3. Service Appointments

  • Booking: Grooming appointments (both in-store and mobile) can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team at +1 901-310-4773. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a grooming appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Product Use: While we ensure the highest quality of products, Dawg Team Apparel USA is not liable for any adverse reactions your pet may have to apparel, supplements, or grooming products.
  • Grooming Services: Our professional groomers take all precautions to ensure your pet’s safety. However, Dawg Team Apparel USA is not responsible for injuries resulting from pre-existing health conditions, aggressive behavior, or any unpredictable reactions during grooming.

6. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team. If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes arising from these terms will be settled through binding arbitration under the laws of the state in which we operate.
